Distinguished in Sustainability Ratings

For the first time, HELUKABEL has achieved the bronze medal in the EcoVadis ratings.

The HELUKABEL Group has been awarded with a bronze medal by EcoVadis, a global leader in sustainability ratings. This means that HELUKABEL, electrical connection technology specialist, belongs to the top 35% of rated companies globally.

Since 2019, HELUKABEL has regularly taken part in the EcoVadis ratings and has improved its results year after year. Being awarded with the bronze medal for the first time in 2025 means the family-run business has achieved its best result thus far.

"The award serves as important affirmation that we at HELUKABEL are on the right path with regard to sustainability. It shows that our continual efforts are bearing fruit and that we've improved step by step. At the same time, it motivates us to intensify our focus on topics like the environment, social responsibility, and sustainable management," explains Joachim Endreß, Sustainability & Material Compliance Manager at HELUKABEL.

EcoVadis rates companies around the globe in the categories environment, labor & human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement. The goal is to create transparency in supply chains and comparability in sustainable business practices. With more than 125,000 companies rated in over 180 countries, EcoVadis is one of the most widely recognised standards in their field.

For HELUKABEL, the bronze medal represents an important milestone and is, at the same time, a springboard for further progress. Sustainability is part and parcel of our corporate strategy and is actively promoted in all areas, including product development, production, logistics, and even in our collaboration with partners and customers.

"Our accountability doesn't stop at our factory doors. We want to develop solutions together with our suppliers and customers that bring ecological and social aspects in harmony with economic success. This is the only way to continue making a positive impact over the long term," emphasises Endreß.
