HELUKABEL presents the HELULIGHT SMART PROCESS, a versatile signal luminaire that quickly and clearly visualises process statuses on machines and systems. This intelligent chase light consists of individually controllable RGB LEDs. They can be installed inside or outside the machine and make it possible for operators to gauge operating parameters such as progress, fill level, or temperature at just a glance.
Thanks to its extensive configuration options, the HELULIGHT SMART PROCESS is extremely flexible when it comes to visualising a number of processes. The colours, brightness, and running direction of this RGB chase light are freely configurable and can be adjusted according to each application. The settings can be permanently saved thanks to its memory function. This preserves the individual colour coding and the optimal luminosity for different environments. The analogue controls with 4-20 mA ensures compatibility with all common control systems (SPS) and makes integration in nearly all machines or systems a breeze.

This signal luminaire can be installed on machines' outer housing or inside the machine itself, and the connection is made using a common M8 plug. The wide input range (18–30 Volt) ensures reliable operation despite long supply cables and voltage drops. The clear visualisation of operational conditions improves process security, reduces operational errors and delays, and supports an appreciable increase in productivity.
The range of applications includes displaying processing progress in takt-based processes, fill-level displays on tanks, containers, or proportioning systems, and temperature and status displays for testing and production systems.
